KEYS: There are 2 hide-a-key boxes on the front porch. As soon as you come up the steps, they are in the corner to the right. The tenant box is the BLUE one. The access code is the last 4 digits of the owner's mobile phone number (3225). There are 3 keys (purple cover) for the front door/under house, and 1 for the apartment. The front door is secured with a deadbolt and door lock. For both the deadbolt and doorknob, turn the key to the right. Please try to keep doors locked when no one is on the property, and it is suggested keeping a key in the lock box in case you get locket out.
